We have many unique and delicious specialty items that will be sure to please your taste buds!! We have a huge collection of Grandma Halfmann's recipes on hand, and we can whip up a batch freshly baked goodies just for you!
- Quick Breads - Banana, Almond Poppy and Pumpkin are some of our most popular flavors!
- Yeast Breads - White or Whole Wheat Loaves (Minimum order or 3 loaves per flavor please) or our Delicious Dinner Rolls!
- Bundt Cakes - We offer a variety of flavors but our favorite is the Rum!!
- Cake Balls - Melt in your mouth goodness!
- Cheesecakes - Baked to order and you will be coming back for more!! We offer several flavors, but here are a few... Caramel Pecan, Cherry, Strawberry, Pumpkin and Oreo
- Pineapple Upside Down Cake - A sure fire way to turn any frown upside down! This cake is scrumptious and bursting with pineapple flavor!
- Petit Fours - Delicious bite size cakes perfect for your special party, shower or tea time!
- Tres Leches Cake - Filled with your choice of pineapple, strawberry or raspberry filling and soaked in our rich mixture of milks and topped with whipped frosting! YUM!
- Chocolate Covered Strawberries or Chocolate Covered Cherries - Hand dipped to order!
- Gingerbread - Yes, made from scratch good old fashioned gingerbread! Available as a loaf, cake, or cookies!
- Fruitcake - Grandma Halfmann's Fruitcake is beautiful and delicious. We offer a Dark Fruitcake or Light Fruitcake in multiple sizes.
- King's Cake - Braided Coffee Cake with your choice of filling. We decorate them for Mardi Gras too!!
